Mission Impossible? Finding the right balance in regulation of financial services
Credit Strategy's first episode of NETworking from Home, open to all Members, will delve into finding the balance for effective and fair regulation, for lenders and consumers. In recent years, the High Cost Short Term sector has been hit hard by regulation and now Car Finance is heavily in the spotlight.
Credit Strategy CEO, Luke Broadhurst will welcome special guest, Richard Hoggart, CEO of DSG Finance, a broker and lender, and a lifelong car finance entrpreneur, to discuss where we are now, and whaty could and should be done to ensure effective lender regulation and appropriate consumer protection.
This will be a short, snappy and engaging format where live Q&A is welcomed from all attendees. There will be live polling and the opportunity to create future sessions/discussion topics and speakers.
We will also hear an update on the latest from the Credit Strategy membership community; including a look back to the Car Finance Awards, Member Round-Tables and a look ahead to Credit Week, The Credit Awards and The Leadership Summer Dinner.
